3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by a service provider. When the pages are accessed, that provider processes the IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL, the referrer URL and the browser and operating system used, in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website.

4. Contact form

If you contact us through the enquiry form, the details you enter there — type of enquiry, name, company, e-mail address, telephone number, location and position of the installation, preferred date, your message and your preferred contact channel — are transmitted to us and processed solely in order to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR (the consent you give explicitly in the form) and Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR insofar as the enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract.

We store the data until the enquiry has been concluded and any statutory retention periods have expired. You may withdraw your consent at any time with future effect.

5. Contact by e-mail or telephone

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, we process your details for the same purpose and on the same legal bases as for an enquiry submitted through the form.

6. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies. We use no analytics or statistics services, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no social media plugins and no external fonts. All fonts, images and scripts are served from our own domain.

For that reason, no consent banner is required on this website.

7. Maps and external services

No Google Maps embed or comparable service is loaded. Our location is given as a postal address; a map service is called only if, and at the moment when, you actively click the corresponding link, which opens in a new tab.
